Terms, without theatrics.
These Terms cover the public BookedCore website, booking flow, content, and business communications before a signed services agreement.
Using this website
These Terms govern your use of the BookedCore website, blog, contact forms, booking flow, and related public materials. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The website is intended for business users evaluating BookedCore, LexOS, MedOS, EstateOS, custom operating systems, or related services. You may not use the site for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or security-testing activity without our written permission.
No professional advice
The content on this website is for general business information only. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
LexOS and other BookedCore systems are designed to support client-approved workflows. They do not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, case judgments, fee quotes, outcome guarantees, or professional decisions that require licensed human review.
Services require a written agreement
Submitting a form, booking a call, reading a page, or discussing a possible engagement does not create a client relationship, professional relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or obligation to provide services.
Any paid services, pilots, production deployments, data processing obligations, confidentiality terms, service levels, payment obligations, cancellation rights, governing law, and liability terms must be set out in a signed services agreement, order form, statement of work, or similar written agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services covered by that agreement.
Product descriptions and availability
We describe BookedCore products and capabilities as accurately as we reasonably can, but the systems are actively developed and may change over time. Some features may be in production, in development, on the roadmap, available only to certain clients, or dependent on third-party systems.
Website descriptions are not guarantees that a particular feature will be available for your business at a particular time unless the feature is included in a signed agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approving qualification rules, reviewing escalation paths, confirming compliance-sensitive workflows, maintaining appropriate professional oversight, and ensuring their own use of BookedCore systems complies with applicable laws, professional rules, and industry obligations.
For regulated industries, including law, healthcare, finance, and real estate, the client remains responsible for professional judgment, licensing obligations, required disclosures, conflicts review, confidentiality obligations, and final acceptance or rejection of any engagement, matter, patient, client, or customer.
AI and automation
BookedCore systems may use AI models, automation, messaging tools, scheduling tools, databases, and third-party infrastructure to operate approved workflows.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate if used outside properly configured guardrails. Our systems are intended to operate under client-approved rules, logs, transcripts, escalation procedures, and human review. You agree not to rely on public website content or automated interactions as a substitute for professional judgment.
Intellectual property
The website, text, design, graphics, logos, product names, concepts, and other materials made available by BookedCore are owned by BookedCore or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website for business evaluation purposes. You may not copy, scrape, resell, repackage, reverse engineer, or use our materials to build a competing service without our written permission.
SMS Messaging Program
Program. LexOS, operated by BookedCore, LLC, sends SMS messages on behalf of law firms using the platform. Recipients are leads, prospective clients, and existing clients of those law firms. The individual law firm is the sender of record for each message. BookedCore operates as the underlying platform provider.
Consent. Recipients consent to receive SMS messages by submitting their contact information through a law firm's intake form, website chat, or booking flow, or by verbally providing consent during an intake call handled by Vera, the LexOS AI intake agent. Consent is specific to the law firm through which it was collected.
Message types. Messages may include intake confirmations, appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, case status updates, and matter milestone notifications.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies by law firm and by the recipient's stage in the intake or matter lifecycle. Recipients may receive up to 10 messages per month. Frequency is typically lower and depends on active case activity.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from further SMS messages from that law firm's number. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Mobile data sharing. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
Contact. For questions about the SMS program, contact support@bookedcore.com or the law firm that sent the message directly.
Confidentiality and submissions
Do not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the public website unless we have agreed in writing to receive it through that channel.
Information submitted through the contact form or booking flow will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. Client confidential information is handled under the applicable signed agreement.
Third-party services
The website and our services may link to or integrate with third-party services, including scheduling, email, communications, hosting, analytics, database, CRM, calendar, and AI infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
We make no guarantee that using the website, booking a call, or engaging in preliminary discussions will result in any specific business outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookedCore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or public materials.
For paid services, any liability limitations will be governed by the applicable signed agreement.
